Applicable from 25/05/2023
The present general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) form the basis for commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or handed to each purchaser to enable them to place an order.
The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of LET’S GO BLABLA Daniela Robinson and its customer in connection with the sale of the following goods: online and face-to-face language courses.
Acceptance of the quotation/order form and payment implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code) and in euros. LET’S GO BLABLA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
The Rates and Conditions apply to all participants in the courses, services and workshops offered by LET’S GO BLABLA with Daniela Robinson. They set out the terms and conditions for language courses, invoicing and payment.
Prices for courses vary according to the service chosen. The customer receives a quote for the chosen service. LET’S GO BLABLA reserves the right to modify prices when necessary. In this case, the participant will be notified fourteen (14) days prior to the change.
Rates and payment conditions for companies will be the subject of a separate quotation drawn up according to the request.
For EINFACH BLABLA courses, the customer can choose a package of courses to be taken within a certain number of weeks of placing the order. The dates will be agreed with the customer before the invoice is sent. 5 sessions for 175€, 10 sessions for 350€, 20 sessions for 680€.
For groups the dates will be fixed (5 sessions for 100€ per person) and the client can not change the dates in case they’re unavailable.
Payment for the pack must be made 48 hours before the first lesson.
For example: if there are 5 lessons in the pack, the participant must pay for the 5 lessons in advance.
Once the pack has been used up, the customer can then purchase another pack.
- VIP BLABLA courses have a fixed price and duration (2200€ for 12 weeks 1:1 and 1500€ per person for groups up to 4 participants for 12 weeks ). They are equally to be paid in advance.
- Other offers such as monthly payments for access to the Deutschfuchs platform (10€ a month) or Kaffeeklatsch sessions (7€ per person) are equally to be paid before access will be provided.
Invoices are sent by e-mail when the pack is ordered and when the course dates are chosen.
Terms of payment:
By bank transfer: transfers must be made to the bank account mentioned on the invoice.
It will soon be possible to pay by credit card at the time of booking.
Payment must be made before the start of the course.
Late arrival
The teacher will wait for the participant for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time, the lesson will be billed and cannot be made up.
If the teacher arrives late, she must arrange a time with the participant to make up for lost time.
Change of course date
The teacher and participant may change the course date already set if this is done more than 24 hours before the start of the course.
In this case, both parties must agree on a new date and time.
However, the course cannot be moved to a date outside the validity of the pack.
For groups, dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
Please note! If both parties fail to agree on a new time slot within the duration of the pack, the course will be charged.
Course cancellation conditions
All cancellations must be notified as soon as possible.
In the interests of scheduling, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the course, 100% of the course will be due (except for serious medical reasons) and cannot be made up.
If the teacher cancels the lesson less than 24 hours before the date of the lesson, a new timetable will be proposed to the participant to make up the lost lesson.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days and before the first lesson scheduled in the package.
If you do not wish to take the lessons suggested in the invoice and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by e-mail to the following address: daniela@letsgoblabla.com
Force majeure
LET’S GO BLABLA may not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations described in these terms and conditions of sale that is due to force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
